Union Twenty Seven

Located on Palmetto Park Road in Downtown Boca Raton, this stand alone eclectic dwelling was home to many restaurants over the decades. Union Twenty-Seven was named for Florida’s 27th state in the Union of the United States. A small venue of 90 seats with a u shaped marble top bar, monolithic marble center table and royal blue banquets and fabric walls made this venue stunning. Francesco Scavullo’s original floral photographs graced the walls and gold plated flatware adorned the top of table.

Executive Chef Cinzia Gaglio presided over the kitchen creating a farm to table menu coupled with homemade desserts and an award winning wine selection.
